Additional wine tastings at a 4th winery plus one (1) additional hour $25 per person
Keep your Tour Private when you have a minimum of 14 guests. If you do not meet the minimum requirement, you may purchase additional seats $50 per extra seat

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

· Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. Should a cancellation occur within the 72 hour period, the credit card on file will be used to pay 50% of the total cost of the tour, minus any deposit on file.

· Transfers only, no refunds. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the tour date may transfer their deposit towards a new reservation, minus a 25% rebooking fee based on the total cost of the tour.

· A $50 per person cancellation fee is charged for any ‘No-Show’ guests on the date of the tour. The credit card held on file is charged for this fee.

· All sales are final within 48 hours of the reservation date.

We allocate extra time at the 2nd winery so that our customers can enjoy eating lunch. Please pre-order your meals by emailing your lunch orders to info@socalwine.tours. (PLEASE DO NOT TEXT LUNCH ORDERS) Orders must be received 48 hours prior to your tour date.

PLEASE NOTE:

(1) Lunch orders must be pre-ordered, and cannot be placed at the winery. Outside food is not permitted.

(2) Customized food orders and/or substitutions cannot be placed (except where options are being offered)

(3) Lunch cancellations within 48 hours of tour date is not possible and will be charged.

(4) Pricing does not include a 20% service fee (calculated from price of each lunch item)

(5) Children 17 years or younger (including babies) are not permitted on our wine tours, unless you have booked as a private party.
