- Bookings canceled with 24 or hours or more notice are refunded in full.
- Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours notice are fully charged. This applies to all bookings including those made within 24 hours of the activity.
- No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
- Those who back out of the activity or make last minute decisions to not participate are not eligible for a refund.
- Tours proceed rain or shine except when conditions are hazardous, in which case bookings will be rescheduled.
- We regret we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason we urge our guests to purchase trip protection when making reservations.

Check-in time is 15-30 minutes prior to your tour time. You must arrive 15-30 minutes before your scheduled tour time. If you are late for the check-in we cannot refund or rebook you.

No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) beside that which is provided by Coral Crater.

All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health.

Ziplining while pregnant is not permitted. We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you. Cancellation policies remain in effect for cancellations due to preexisting health issues and pregnancy.

Ziplining is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions.

If you back out of the activity at the time of the tour or during the tour regrettably we cannot refund you.
