# CANCELLATION POLICY
While we understand things may happen that lead to an unavoidable cancelation our tour sizes are small and we appreciate your understanding of our policy on refunds and rescheduling. No refunds/rescheduling/rainchecks are given for customers who do not attend or miss their scheduled tour.

## RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

We're a small business that is passionate about what we do and are committed to giving you the coolest and most memorable SF experience possible, at the fairest prices. As such it always benefits you and us, if you can reschedule your experience rather than cancel. We don't want you to miss out on a lasting awesome memory!

**Public Bike Tours** - A guest may get a full refund or reschedule if they cancel with at least a 24-hour notice. No refund will be given with less than 24 notice or on tour day.

**Private Bike Tours**
A guest may get a full refund or reschedule if they cancel with at least a 72-hour notice. No refund will be given with less than a 72-hour notice or on tour day. Private tours arranged for corporate groups and custom tours require a 7-day notice. No refunds will be given to corporate groups and custom tours with less than a 7-day notice. Note: Sunk costs associated with private tour arrangements will not be refunded.

**Multi-day Bike Rentals**
A full refund will be given with at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. No refunds will be given if less than a 24-hour notice, no exceptions.

**Full & Half Day Bike Rentals**
A full refund will be given with at least a 12-hour notice. No refunds will be given if less than a 12-hour notice. Exception: if reservation made less than 12 hours before reservation start time. In this case, a full refund is available.
