This is an all-levels yoga class taught in the style of Hatha yoga which is a very adaptive and breath centered practice that brings focus and peace of mind while stretching and stabilizing the body.
Occasionally there will be walk-in spots. Booking ahead of time is highly recommended.
The doors will be closed and locked 10 mins after scheduled start time of the class. If you are more than 10 mins late, there will be nobody to open the door for you and you will have to go home sad and having not petted a cat. So don't be more than 10 mins late.
We do not have dedicated parking for the cafe, but there is usually plenty of street parking nearby.
Yes. Participants must be 13 years or older, and accompanied by an adult guardian during the class.
We recommend bringing your own mats. Be warned, yoga mats are one of the favorite scratching surfaces for cats, so you might not want to bring your favorite super expensive yoga mat to cat yoga.
That being said, we do have mats to be lent out, they are sanitized after each use.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class time to get checked in.
Free street parking is available in the adjacent blocks surrounding the cafe. Plan on arriving early to give yourself ample time to find parking.

You are free to bring your own yoga mats. However, cats love to scratch yoga mats so if you have fancy mats that doesn't want to be scratched, we do have yoga mats to lend out, which are cleaned and disinfected after every use.
