Wine Tours can be booked Thursday - Sunday via our online calendar, If Interested in booking a party of 6 guests or more during our non scheduled weekdays, please call into the office to see if we are able to accommodate your request!

IF BOOKING FOR A WEEKDAY :

Guests booking for 6 or more people on the weekday, the price per guest will be $89. If you are quoted that price and a member of your party cancels, your booking will be readjusted to our normal pricing of $94.00 per guest .

IF WINE TOUR IS BOOKED FOR LESS THEN 6 GUESTS ON THE WEEKDAY ,

THE TOUR MAY BE RESCHEDULED OR OTHER FEES MAY APPLY .

4 hours of fun includes:

  • 3 winery stops included with 5-6 tasting per winery (winery selection/reservations are pre-made for our group tours)

Please allow 48 hours notice before the booked tour for parties of two and 72 hours for a party of 3 or more (which does not mean a refund is granted necessarily. Refunds are dependent on the terms and conditions of the ticket purchased and agreed upon). If a customer cancels before the 48 or 72-hour cancellation period this means that their ticket would remain valid for a rescheduling or is refundable if you purchased a full retail ticket (all discounted or promotional tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable with the paid amount never expiring). If you cancel within the 48 or 72-hour, your ticket (refundable or non-refundable) is considered redeemed (a discounted reschedule fee may be offered).


Our cancellation policy is 48 hours for parties of two and 72 hours for 3 or more prior to your tour. If you are a no show or do not cancel before 48/72 hours of your scheduled tour, your package will be redeemed. If you have a third party voucher such as a Groupon and you are a NO SHOW to your scheduled tour, we reserve the right to charge up to the retail value of your tour tickets per person to the card on file. Cancellation prior to the 48/72-hour notice with a non-refundable, promotional ticket does not mean you get a refund; it does mean that your ticket will remain valid for rescheduling.

Uncorked Tours 4 Hour Limousine Wine Tasting Tour:


Hello wine tour guests,


Check in will be at 10:40 AM outside of Baron's Market parking lot, located at 31939 Rancho California Rd., Temecula, CA. Please exit off of Rancho California Road and the 15 freeway. Please look for the Uncorked Tours limousine style party bus!


Please be advised that bookings made on any holiday or holiday weekend are subject to a holiday upgrade fee. The additional fee will either be $20 per person or $25 per person, with our Groupon customer fee being $55.00 per person.


Please note that if you did not add on our tour protection to your tour , then the tickets are non refundable ! If you didn't purchase tour protection you have 48 hours to do so from the original booking day to do so. If you fail to add tour protection within 48 hours of original booking. You will no longer have the ability to add the protection and must consider your tickets non refundable.


The wine tasting tour is four hours long, visiting three wineries, and includes your wine tastings at each winery, along with a champagne toast aboard the bus, water and all of your photos are complimentary. All the photos will be posted to our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/uncorkedtours. Please let us know if you do not want them posted, as we would be happy to air drop them to you before your tour ends.


A fun and knowledgeable host will be joining your tour to help with your bags, take photos and answer any questions you may have. We like to recommend that you eat breakfast or lunch before your tour. The wineries do not permit outside food or alcohol. Most wineries, do have the option to purchase food separately from the tour.


For parties of 4 or more, a prepaid gratuity is mandatory at the rate of $20 per guest. At the end of the event, if your service is exceptional, you are welcome to leave additional gratuity for your host, and party bus driver with additional gratuity. The gratuity of $20 per tour participant covers your driver and host for their 4 hours of service, as well as the wineries at each location you will be visiting.


Everyone in the party must have a valid identification card in order to participate in the wine. A valid driver's license, state issued identification card or passport are examples of acceptable identification. Most of the establishments do require proof of valid and current identification prior to being served. Uncorked Tours has the right to ask for valid and current identification at any time before or during the tour.


All guests must be 21 years old or older to join us on the wine. By law, no alcohol can be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. We do not permit outside alcohol during your scheduled tour. We also like to suggest that you do not pregame before arriving for your tour.
